Color Serigraph by New York artist Frank Kleinholz (1901 - 1987) of Jewish father teaching his son Hebrew. One of an edition of 75 from 1964 titled "Aleph Bet #2" listed as number 76 in the Kleinholz Graphics raisonne' a signed copy of which is included with the print.
The serigraph itself is 7.25" x 8.875" printed in color on pressed wood. The print is housed in a 14" x 16" antique gold colored frame as shown in the images. The print has one small spot that looks to have been retouched. The frame has a few scratches along the raised edges.
The Kleinholz Graphics raissone' is signed in pen on the first blank page but it is only in fair condition with a small tear to the front cover and warped lower edges of the back cover and last several dozen pages. Still a serviceable working copy.
Images shown are of the actual work on offer. Inquiries welcome.
